3 Healthy snack ideas for kids

In a time where a strong immune system is extremely important, we have some fun and healthy snack ideas for you to share with the children in your home!

  1. FRUIT SMOOTHIES – Blend fresh mixed berries, frozen bananas, greek yogurt, and a splash of milk. It’s dense with vitamins and great nutritional benefits.
  1. FROZEN BLUEBERRY YOGURT BITES – Coat fresh blueberries in yogurt (vanilla-flavored works well) and transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for one hour, or until completely frozen.
  2. BANANA BOATS – Slice banana in half lengthwise and top with almond butter, honey, and shredded coconut. (Add a few chocolate chips for extra fun!)
